We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your stay with us, the following conditions apply:
1. Deposit
The deposit paid will remain with us in case of cancellation.
2. Cancellation deadlines
Up to 30 days before the arrival date:
o Cancellation is free of charge.
29 to 0 days before arrival:
o The full booking amount (excluding tourist taxes) must be paid and will be invoiced.
In case of no show without prior cancellation:
o The full invoice (including tourist taxes) will be sent via email, and the entire amount is due.
3. Emergency policy
In case of proven illness or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), cancellation can be made free of charge. Proof may be required.
4. Cancellation process
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).
5. Travel insurance
We recommend obtaining trip cancellation insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung) to protect against unforeseen events that may lead to cancellation or changes in your travel plans, such as illness, accidents, or other emergencies beyond your control.
Payment methods
You can pay for your booking in cash, by check, or by bank transfer upon arrival.
Deposit
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit to be paid immediately after booking. Once the deposit is received in our account, your reservation will be confirmed.
Pet policy
Dogs are warmly welcomed! For your four-legged friend, we charge a daily fee of €15.00. Please adhere to the dog rules found in your accommodation on the day of arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. However, you are welcome to smoke on your balcony or terrace.
Guest behavior
In our house folder, you will find important rules that we kindly ask you to follow to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: between 14:00 and 19:00. If you are arriving later, please notify us in advance.
Check-out: between 8:00 and 10:00. If you wish to leave earlier, please inform us in good time.
Cleaning
The cleaning of your apartment is included in our service and will be carried out by us.
Changes to the booking
Changes to your booking must be discussed with us in advance.
